Often my own FEAR is linked to some kind of guilt, shame, or blame. If I can see where the energy is going and find the associated guilt, shame, or blame, then I can work on forgiving myself or others and release the core feelings that create my fear.
I have been working with my feelings of fear lately and I came up with this little prayer to help me to release them. I am writing the process here for you, in case you want to try it out for yourself.
Write the word FEAR like this (below) onto something you can later burn or tear to pieces:
Then write this:
Repeat this until the paper is filled completely and you can feel this phrase attach itself to the feeling of fear, or until you feel the prayer is complete. Then burn the paper and let the cold ashes fly off in the wind. Feel the fear leaving you.
